Privacy policy
Blendies collects no personal data. The game has no account of its own, no server, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Game Center
Blendies uses Apple Game Center to sign you in, set up matches and record achievements and leaderboard scores. Your Game Center profile is managed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we do not receive or store it.
During a match, the other players see your Game Center nickname.
Multiplayer matches
Matches are set up through Game Center, either by inviting friends to a private match or through online matchmaking.
During a match, the players' devices exchange game data only, through Apple's GameKit service: positions, paint, round events and quick-chat messages picked from a fixed list. There is no free-text chat and no voice chat, and this game data is not stored after the match.
The local network permission is only used to play with players nearby.
Stored on your device
Your settings (controls, sound, graphics), the match rules you set as host, achievement progress and tutorial progress are stored only on your device. They are neither synced nor sent anywhere, and deleting the app removes them.
The title screen can follow your device's motion for a parallax effect. Motion data is used on the spot and never stored or sent.
Sharing
The end-of-round clip and the camouflage card are created on your device. They only leave it if you share them through the iOS share sheet, with the app or person you choose. If you save one to Photos, iOS asks for permission to add it; Blendies cannot read your photo library.
Purchases
Any purchase in Blendies goes through the App Store and is handled by Apple. We never receive your payment details; the app only asks Apple which items you own.
What Blendies does not do
No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no third-party analytics or advertising SDK, and no access to your camera, microphone, contacts or location.
If you chose to share analytics with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may pass us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. You can turn this off at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
Children
Blendies collects no data from anyone, children included. Game Center features such as multiplayer games and friends can be restricted with Screen Time.
Changes
If the app's behaviour changes, this page is updated before the new version is released and the date above changes.
